Chiron Arts is dedicated to producing and creating the highest standard of jewellery design and customer satisfaction.
Personal Information
When ordering with Chiron Arts all personal information will be treated sensitively as required under the Data Protection Act 1998.
All personal details, names and addresses, will be held confidentially by Chiron Arts and not divulged to third parties.
Financial Information
Chiron Arts does not retain your credit card or debit card details as all internet transactions are conducted through a secure remote payment process at Paypal (www.paypal.co.uk).
Payment Options
Chiron Arts will accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal and cheque/postal orders posted to Chiron Arts (contact address will be sent with order confirmation e-mail).
Bespoke Designs payments will be with Cheque, Postal Order or Electronic Transfer.

Shipping and Returns
1.1 Delivery - Chiron Arts aims to deliver all Shop Gallery orders within 10 working days of payment confirmation.
If for any reason there is a delay to your order you will be contacted immediately and offered cancellation and refund.
1.2 Shipping - All orders will be posted with Royal Mail (Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery).
1.3 Acceptance - Upon delivery you have the right to inspect the order and deem it suitable and satisfactory, which will be acknowledged as accepting your order.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact Chiron Arts immediately and any queries or concerns will be dealt with to change or correct your order.
1.4 Returns Policy - If the order is rejected upon delivery and you are unsatisfied with the order and do not wish to correct the order then you have the right to return the order and start the process of refunding.
A refund will not not issued until Chiron Arts has received the order being returned. Once Chiron Arts receives the returned item a refund will be issued within 24hours with a confirmation e-mail.
Goods must be rejected and returned within a suitable time frame and please let Chiron Arts now the reason for rejecting your order.
1.5 Cancellations - If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch this must be done 3 days after ordering.
If cancellation occurs after your order has been dispatched Chiron Arts will follow the returns policy for your order.
